INSIDE THE MAKING.

Explore the materials, workstations and hands-on processes behind our garments.

02 · PROCESS IN MOTION

See the work at the workstation.

Each view shows an actual production action. Product performance and finished specifications are confirmed separately for the selected garment.

01

Garment flow at the workstation

Cut pieces and garments are organised around active workstations as production progresses.

Buyer focus
Keep the approved product, size mix and version clear between operations.
Next handoff
Move each completed operation to the next recorded construction stage.
02

Hands-on seam construction

A close view of the needle area shows how an operator guides the garment through a seam.

Buyer focus
Review seam position and construction against the approved sample.
Next handoff
Carry confirmed construction points into the in-process review.

03 · MATERIALS BEFORE MAKING

Start the specification with what the garment is made from.

Material, colour and trim discussions begin before construction. Composition, performance and applicable documentation are confirmed from product information—not assumed from appearance.

04 · PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

FROM PATTERN TO GARMENT.

Pattern, structure and sample requirements connect the buyer’s brief to a garment that can be reviewed. Fit, construction and revision points still need to be confirmed for the selected style.

07 · GARMENT FLOW

THROUGH THE PRODUCTION FLOOR.

Garments move between work areas as construction progresses. The production route for an order is reviewed against its product, materials and agreed checkpoints.

08 · FINISHING

GARMENT FINISHING.

Finished garments are handled and organised before the packing requirements are completed. Final checks and any required inspection scope depend on the approved order specification.
